The Minister/Director of Youth is responsible for developing and maintaining the spiritual guidance of all the children and youth of the church. This individual must coordinate, and set-up activities directed toward the growth of the department to make the youth a viable part of the church and the community. The Minister/Director of Youth is responsible for training of the youth department staff and youth in the mission of Kingdom Building.
