The Ushers Ministry is closely related to that of the Hospitality Committee Ministry, with some variations. The Church Ushers Ministry is responsible for the order, crowd etiquette and the decency of order within and during worship services. They control the movement and safety of all the worshipers. They are to ensure that the members and visitors have a warm and loving reception upon entry into the sanctuary. They are to closely monitor the temperature of the sanctuary and keep watch for any behavior that is not suitable for a spiritual worship environment and act swiftly in bringing it to the attention of the deacons. They are to minister in the position with the spirit of Psalms 84:10
